I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and hotel meals. The staff was extremely helpful about the facility and tour. They connected me to a tour company. The location was central to the historical Zona Colonial. I could operate the ceiling fan at a temperature that was satisfactory. I enjoyed swimming in the pool daily.

Good Customer Service specially Alex at the reception he was awesome A+ as CS Also want to appointed that the Manager Melvin also rock . At the Restaurant The cheff Mariela and waitress Jennifer make my days wonderful. Cant complaint

Very nice pool and the rooms was okay for the price, but the best thing about my stay and the hotel in general, was the very good customer service by the good receptionist Alex. He was very friendly, accommodating and took care of every little thing that would make my stay at the hotel better… 10/10

It was one street over from the boardwalk and a few blocks from zona colonial it was a grocery store and plenty of little convenience shops in the area

It was pretty good for the money we paid! The room was clean, as well as the rest of the facilities, everything worked fine (except for the outlet in the bathroom). The hotel has a small indoors pool with some bar seats next to it and the rooftop bar which are nice quiet spots for hanging out if you don't want to leave.

The staff here was extremely helpful in extending my stay. Michael Jean was the best. He explained everything to me in English.
